FREDERIcK O'CONNELL SCHOLARSHIP
Frederick Richard O’Connell was Executive Director of the Timber Merchants’ Association (VIC) in the 1950s. In his will, he left a sum of money to be used for scholarships for the children of TMA members or children of their employees.
