Competition – effects test changes to Section 46 for fairer competition – Now Law
Fuel Shopper Dockets – maintained at 4c per litre. Enforceable undertaking by the ACCC
Carbon Tax Repealed – Saving $70m ($36m refrigerated gas and $34m energy)
Unfair Contract Terms – MGA advocated for the tightening of unfair contract terms.
Company Tax Reduction – 30% to 27.5% for sales less than $50m
